Every package is delivered to your porch on your chosen week. Design is included on The Neutral and up. The Doorstep and The Classic arrive as a neat drop-off, ready for you to style yourself, or add $75 and Samantha designs the whole display for you. Most people add it. Prices are plus NJ sales tax. We live in Hillsdale. Our pumpkins come from local New Jersey and New York farms, and your display is set up by us, close to home, not trucked in by a third party.

If you had a fall porch from us, the holiday menu will look familiar: the same sizes, the same way of booking. Every size gets the same four things: a fresh wreath, lit garland, porch pots, and bows. Smaller porches get fewer and smaller pieces, and The Grand is where it really fills out. We style each one for your family's holiday, whether that's Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or a simple winter look.

Everything is real, fresh, and yours to keep. Lights are warm white unless you ask for cool. Pieces can change with stock, always for the same size and value.
Any piece from any tier can be added on its own.
Already have a fall porch from us? We do it in one visit. In November we pick up your pumpkins and set up your holiday porch the same day, so the porch is never bare and you only clear your calendar once.
The Refresh. Keep your pots and lights, and next year we bring all-new fresh greens, a new wreath and garland, and new bows. It costs about 25% less than the first year. Each package above shows its Refresh price.
Reserve next year in January. When the season ends, hold your spot for next year with a $50 deposit. You lock in this year's prices, and the $50 comes off your porch.
Christmas lights you never have to untangle. You rent the lights from us for the season. We do all the work and keep them between seasons.
A drawing, not a photo. Your set is measured and cut for your house.
Sign up for two or three seasons and your price stays the same every year. A 50% deposit holds your install date, and the rest is due on install day.
We only hang lights we supply, so we don't install lights you already own. This first year we're taking homes up to two stories.
Potted tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths over pansies and violas, a spring wreath, and hanging baskets. Easter touches if you want them, plain spring if you don't.
We install in mid-March, so your porch is up before Easter. It stays through Mother's Day and we take it all down the week after.
Pleated flag bunting on the railings, a proper flag, and red, white, and blue planters by the door.
We install in late June. The bunting comes down July 5 to 10, the planters stay through the summer, and we pick them up when we set up your fall pumpkins, or by September 30 if you're not booked for fall.

Hi, we are Samantha and Jonathan. We started Pascack Porches this fall with pumpkins because we love the way a real fall porch makes a whole street feel, and because hauling 30 pumpkins from the farm is nobody's idea of a Saturday. Our first customers asked right away what we do for the holidays. So now we're doing the rest of the year too.
We source close to home, style every porch ourselves, and send you a photo of the finished porch before you even get home. We keep it small on purpose: a limited number of porches each week, done carefully, ten minutes from home.

Uncarved pumpkins in cool fall weather last 6 to 9 weeks, which covers Halloween and Thanksgiving. Displays look great well into November. If a pumpkin fully goes before Oct 31, one courtesy replacement visit per display is free; details are in our terms.
Classic orange jack-o-lanterns, white ghosts, heirlooms like Cinderella and blue-gray jarrahdale, sugar pie pumpkins, minis, and ornamental gourds, sourced from local New Jersey and New York farms the week of your install.
Every display is treated with a natural animal deterrent at install, and we leave you the spray bottle. Reapply after heavy rain. If critters destroy a pumpkin anyway before Oct 31, your one free courtesy replacement visit covers it; after that, swaps are at cost plus a small delivery fee.
Yes. Any package can go neutral or all-white for $100. Want a specific look? Text us a photo or inspiration picture and we will build it.
Add removal and we clear the full display in November, on a date we set with you. Everything goes to local farms as animal feed or compost, not the curb. Prefer to carve or bake? Keep them, they are yours.

Light rain does not stop a pumpkin. If weather is bad enough to affect quality, we will contact you directly and move you to the next available slot.
Yes, in full up to 7 days before your install week, and within 3 business days of booking. Inside 7 days we have already bought your pumpkins, so you can move to another install day, or cancel and we keep the $100 deposit and refund the rest.

Holiday porch installs start Thanksgiving week, from November 23, and the earliest dates go first.
If you book a holiday porch, we do the pumpkin swap: one visit where we pick up your pumpkins and set up your holiday porch.
Whenever you are ready. Everything on the porch is yours, so you can take it down yourself, or add January removal ($75 to $150 by size) and we clear it all away on a day we set with you.

Yes, one working outdoor outlet. We plug your lights into it on a timer, so they come on at dusk by themselves. We don't do any electrical work.
No. Everything hangs on plastic clips that grip the gutter or slide under the shingles. No nails, staples, or screws.
We fix it free during the season, usually within 48 hours, weather included.
No. We only hang lights we supply, so every house gets the same quality and the same technique.
No. We own the lights, so we fix anything that goes out, take everything down in January, and store it for you.
A 50% deposit books your install date, because your set is cut to fit your house. The balance is due on install day.
